For the morning speeches we supplied video equipment including 10 x 42" relay Plasma Screens, a Sony D50 PPU system together with vision mixing and recording via a MAC running Final Cut Pro. Sound equipment to reinforce the speeches and three orchestral performances consisted of Shure radio mics, 30 cabled mics, QSC Powerlight amplification, a Yamaha MC7L desk & 20 Nexo PS8 speakers for a distributed sound system to cover the seated audience of 1200 people.
Once all the speeches were over all the Plasmas & PS8's where removed and the Marquee was set up for the Hampers and Champers evening. We supplied a Martin Wavefront sound system again with the Yamaha MC7L mixing desk, Martin wedges, QSC Powerlight amplification, Shure radio mics and 40 cabled mics for the 30 person strong band!
For the lighting we supplied James Thomas Pixel Pars rigged from Prolyte trussing for band lighting because of their low power consumption and high output and GLD Battery Powered Wireless DMX Up lighters for marquee ambient lighting because of their ease of rigging. All lighting was controlled by a Highend Systems Roadhog Moving Light Console.
The evening event was filmed using a Sony Z1 Camera ready for a DVD which will be edited and sold by the school.
