We have just returned home after supplying all technical equipment and crew for the Nintendo reveal of the European launch date to the press for the Nintendo 3DS game console.
Working to a brief supplied by Clive Little Events Director at the Cake Group we had to transform a 250 meter long by 50 meter wide flower warehouse in Amsterdam into a high tech venue from which Nintendo could showcase it's brand new 3D product to the world!
When the press arrived they was invited to see the opening show hosted by Jonathan Ross and then into a purpose built game play area to try the new consoles for themselves. The Venue was divided into Reception/Media Lounge, Presentation, and Game Play Area with break out area for private press briefings.

December 2010
This Christmas we have been involved in a competition by Sainsburys for someone to win the perfect Christmas. Sainsbury's transformed Seabank Road in The Wirral, Merseyside, into the ultimate winter wonderland!
We were asked by our client Cake to supply all power, sound & light to turn the lucky winners street into the "perfect Christmas!"
We supplied power via a 200kvh 3 phase generator for Christmas lights, LED house lighting, power and distro for catering areas, snow blowers and infra red heating.
We also supplied a Sanyo XF45 projector + DVD for showing the snowman and a sound system for Christmas carols and announcements.
The event made the daily papers because it was the only place in the UK that didn't snow and needed false snow!
You can see how we helped bring a perfect Christmas to a street in The Wirral by clicking one of the links below.

Our client Cake asked us to supply sound equipment for rap star Tinchy Strider and his 8 piece band to create a promotional video. Filmed in the Carphone Warehouse and using iPads taken from the shelves the band created music for the video.
11 iPads and two handheld radio mics were connected to a Yamaha DM2000 which fed a PA system in the store to allow the band to perform. The Yamaha DM2000 was also used with MADI connected to an Apple MacBook Pro so that each individual iPad could be recorded and multitracked for remixing later.
The band performed 3 numbers which can be seen here.

We have just supplied all sound, lighting, staging and crowd control barriers for pop band McFly as they performed a secret gig for passengers and staff after turning on the Christmas lights at London Heathrow International airport.
Donning pilot uniforms and switching on the lights in the terminal five arrivals area, Mcfly serenaded passengers with various hits from their new album Above the Noise. The Christmas lights will remain on for the duration of the festive season during which time 3million passengers are expected to fly from the airport.
We were given a brief by our client Mischief PR to provide a one stop solution to their client BAA, the owners of Heathrow airport.
For the sound equipment we supplied a D&B line array, D&B wedges, Digico Sound Desks as well as various mics and stands as per Mcflys touring rider.
For the lighting we supplied 24 James Thomas Pixel Pars, 12 Martin Mac 250 Kryptons and Pulsar Chroma Strips. This was all controlled by a Roadhog Moving light desk operated by Shaun Burnett.
We also supplied all staging including a mobile drive on foldout stage together with crowd control barriers and Heras fencing.
