The H2a-XLR hydrophone is designed to work with any PA system or recording device that offers a balanced, phantom-powered, microphone input. It uses the same low-noise, robust transducer assembly as our H1 hydrophone, but includes a low noise internal buffer amp. Operation is very simple: just connect to your mic preamp, switch on phantom power and use. No additional power supply is required.
The Aquarian Hydrophones Contact Mic Adapter – Is a moulded rubber cup that fits over the end of your H1a, H2a, or H2a-XLR hydrophone.
Made from the same acoustically-transparent rubber used to encapsulate the transducer assembly of our hydrophones. The inside is moulded to the same size as the hydrophones. Simply place the hydrophone inside, bed with water for maximum efficiency, and set the flat surface of the cup on the media to which you want to listen. This will create a very sensitive contact microphone. Outperforms most contact mics at very low frequencies.

The DIO816AES is an simple way to get your AES audio into and out of the Dante or AES67 network. The unit has eight stereo AES inputs and eight stereo AES outputs with remote webpage level control. The unit includes a secondary port for Dante Redundancy or a switch output. Both ports include network activity LEDs. Level and operational adjustments may be made using the DIO816AES web page.
It can handle 48kHz and 96kHz mixed sample rates on the AES inputs, AES output sample rates may be adjusted to 48kHz or 96kHz in blocks of four (1-4 and 5-8) and a 48kHz or 96kHz network sample rate.

Main and Spare Duo Fibre Connections
Inferno can be used on its own when connected to a Dante audio network. Many audio routers, consoles and intercom systems are Dante compatible, and will accept the Inferno link, enabling Glensound grade commentary into the audio network.
There are primary and secondary Dante network connections.
Inferno can also be used outside of a dedicated Dante network when connected to one of our DARK or AoIP44 break out boxes. This connection can be direct or across a structured network. The DARK or AoIP44 units allow all of the audio inputs and outputs to be located in a place separate from the Inferno.
Programmable On A Dante Audio Network
When connected to a Dante network, sources and destinations can be configured from any part of the network using the free Dante controller software. Details are available at www.audinate.com.
Seven Talkback Circuits
The seven illuminated talkback buttons route the audio input to 7 different destinations and remove the audio from the main programme output.
Eight Input Headphone Mixer
Seven external sources plus sidetone are presented on eight level controls allowing the user to create their own required monitoring mix of all sources. Each input can be independently selected to be on the user\’s left ear, right ear or both ears. The headphone connection is available on a 3.5mm and a 6.35mm jack socket.
The single input is switchable on the rear panel to be line/mic/48v and has adjustable input gain. The input also features Glensound’s Referee compressor limiter system. This applies a variable rate compressor to the input peaks so that no clipping occurs, without affecting the rest of the audio signal.
The Inferno contains a web server, allowing remote functionality to an engineer from any PC connected to the network via any web browser. Enter the IP address of the Inferno in the browser for remote control of the front end mic gain. It also allows configuration of each push button on the unit to be on/off latching, momentary (push to talk), always on, and off when pushed (cough), or in an intelligent mode where a short press latches or a longer press is just momentary.

Inferno can be powered via the network audio connection if it conforms to the PoE standard. There is also an internal 100v-240v mains supply.

The RayPak for Beltpack Transmitter is used to send the signal from a TV presenter to the receiver over far longer distances than are possible with a low power beltpack wireless transmitter.
The RayPak is designed to be worn on a belt and can mount either vertically or horizontally, clipped into a backpack, or with the many optional fixings even to handlebars. A microphone or line level signal can be input via the 3 pin female XLR connector, and the antenna or antenna feeder cable are fitted to the BNC socket output. DC is input via a 4 pin XLR male connector.
The CIA interface converts an Artist panel port from CAT5 to 75 ohms Coax and vice versa. Since Artist control panels provide both CAT5 and coax interfaces for connection to the matrix, CIA’s can be used to adapt an Artist matrix port to the existing infrastructure, especially useful for OB-vans and mobile applications. Distances up to 500m (1,800 ft) can be realized using 0.8/4.9 video cable.
The FBI converts an Artist panel port from CAT5 to fibre in bidirectional way providing long distance operation of Artist control panels. As the unit offers both connectors, for the matrix and for the panel, it can be inserted on either side. The interface may also be used for the bidirectional transmission of an AES3 signal. Distances up to 2000 m (6,600 ft) can be realised using duplex multimode fibre.

The Solid State Logic MADI Opti-Coax is a format converter box. It converts 64 audio channels of optical MADI to Coaxial both ways.
The Solid State Logic MADI Opti-Coax features one set of MADI SC optical connectors and one set of MADI BNC coaxial. It converts with no latency and not signal degradation. The SSL MADI Opti-Coax is also useful as a MADI cable extender from 50m to 2km (in MADI Optical).
The Base8 transmitter supports up to 8 channels for receivers giving a wireless range of up to 2km. Powered through mains or 12v battery this robust transmitter continuously outputs both live and preview signals from a wide variety of mixers to a receiver or view finder.
The transmitter receives information from a mixer\’s PGM output and sends a pulse to turn on the red LED on both the front and back of the receiver assigned to this camera. If the mixer also generates information from the selected camera\’s Preview channel, the Base8 also transmits this and turns on the green LED located at the back of the receiver and the green LED panel at the front.
The TallyTec Pro Wireless Receiver mounts easily to a camera cold shoe, steadicam, crane, jib etc. Connected wirelessly back to the transmitter, the receiver has a range of up to 2km. The receiver provides both a green preview tally light and a red live tally light at the front and rear. The front tally lights can be turned off when required.
